1. What products do you offer?

Our core offering includes a workwear collection built around durability, function, and timeless design. Key garments include:

2. Do you make custom garments?

Yes. You can submit your design through our order form, and we’ll provide a quote. We produce one-off pieces as well as small runs.

3. Do you make uniforms for companies?

Yes. We offer custom uniforms for teams of 1–20 people, including branding options. You can choose from our catalog or have a style designed from scratch.

4. What design services do you provide?

We offer tech packs, patterns, and samples to help entrepreneurs and small brands develop new products.

5. Where are your products made?

All our garments are made with care in our studio, in Johannesburg, South Africa, using quality materials and craftsmanship-focused methods.

6. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship domestically only. International shipping is not available at the moment, but we plan to add it as an option in the near future.

7. How long will my order take to make?

All ready-to-wear garments are processed within 12-36 hours of your order. 

All made-to-order garments have a production lead time of 7 to 21 days, depending on the design complexity and order size.

Once shipped, delivery takes 1–3 business days via our courier partner - The Courier Guy.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

8. How can I find my size?

Please refer carefully to the size guide at the end of each product gallery. Use the measurements provided to select the correct size before making your purchase.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

10. How do I care for my garment?

To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. Simple maintenance practices, such as gentle washing and proper storage, can effectively preserve the longevity of your favorites. We encourage you to refer to our fabric care page, designed to help you keep your purchase in top condition.

11. How do I place a custom order?

Have a design in mind? Fill out our custom order form. We’ll prepare a quote and bring your vision to life — whether it’s a one-of-a-kind piece or a unique workwear item.

12. Can I visit your studio?

Our studio is open by appointment only. We are not accepting walk-ins at the moment, but we hope to welcome walk-ins in the near future. Please contact us to arrange a virtual visit instead.
